Scott,

What is the exact version of CCS to which you are trying to install updates? Is it CCS 8.2?
It appears that you selected multiple updates or perhaps all available updates to install. If so, could you select just one at a time so we can isolate the issue? For instance, select just the TI Emulators update and go through the update. If that completes successfully then try the CCSv8 Service Release update.

Also prior to attempting that, if you could zip up the install_logs folder inside your CCS installation and attach it here, that would be helpful.
