Hi!

I have been using CCS v8 with XDS100v3 for a while for TMS320F28377S and everything was working well. Somehow I need to update my windows 7 (64 bits). Now I install everything again but somehow XDS100 drivers are not correctly installed. I have already tried by updating the drivers by using these drivers ( C:\ti\ccs_base\emulation\windows\xds100_drivers ) but drivers are not updated.

kindly help me in this regard.

Hi,

Somehow the drivers couldn't be properly instantiated. Opening the properties of the Control Panel XDS100v3 entry may be helpful to get additional information about the root cause. Another detail is to see if the USB cable itself is flaky - I have seen this before. Also, see if a Launchpad kit that uses the XDS100 Debug Probe works on the failing host. That would help isolate the issue to the standalone XDS100v3.
