Hi

I am using a CCS4.0 with a limited Free license from TI. When I tried to launch a TI debugger,

after setting the target configuration (connection :blackhawk PCI 560. Board type: DM6467 ),

CCS gave the launch errors like this↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓

Does anyone have seen it before ? What this error means？
