Unfortunately, no.

You can probably create a PDF yourself. Here is how I would do it on my Windows system. You can probably do something similar. While on the web page, enter <ctrl>-P. That is how you would print the web page. Change the printer destination to "Save as PDF" or something similar.

sure why not, but thought these were part of group of app notes like usually published by TI.
