CCS: How to combine 2 .out files to one hex file ?

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Customer created 2 different .out files for bootloader and application code, respectively. Now they asked whether there is any method to combine these 2 .out files into one hex file, before downloading into C2000 chip. Could you help on this? Thank you.
