Hello,

I have a F28M35xx controlCard and the docking station baseboard. My question is I would setup a GPIO pin to enable/disable in M3 interrupt to measure/confirm timing and could I do it? I do have some GPIO pins for LEDs and I could use one of them to measure timing for C28 ADC interrupt.

yes, you can certainly toggle a GPIO in an Interrupt Service Routine. Since you are using an F28M35 controlCARD you can use PC6_GPIO70 or PC7_GPIO71 which are attached to LEDs on the controlCARD.

It would be best to observe this signal on an oscilloscope, if the signal is fast the LED will just appear "always on' when you look at it.

if you want to toggle the GPIO with the M3 core then you can use the GPIOPinWrite function.

This function requires 3 parameters. Like this: GPIOPinWrite(LED_1_BASE, LED_1_PIN, 0);
