Hi, I bought a NIRscan Nano, now I would like to program it to use it as a food analyzer (protein, fat, carbohydrates ...). I have no idea where to start.

I already have the libraries installed but I don't know if I have to change code for what I need ... or how to act. Is there any tutorial?
