Hi TI,

Glad to see you've released new CC2652P, we download the new smartrf studio 7(V2.15.0),and select the CC2652P chip, but there is no proprietary mode.

will the CC2652P support the proprietary mode? When we can get the LAUNCHPAD-CC2652P and the new SDK?

Hi,

Proprietary mode for CC2652P will be added in the next release of Smart RF Studio.

For evaluation of CC2652P you can use LAUNCHXL-CC1352P-2 and the current SDK. CC2652P support will be added to SDK 3.40.

we notice it suitable for regulations include CE/FCC/MIC , does it means that it suitable for these regulations even when the chip output 20dbm ?

(failed on the MIC when use the CC2650 + PA to output 20dbm due to the spurious).

Please refer to table 5.10/5.12 in the datasheet for an overview of spurious emissions levels when using the 20 dBm PA.

2. When we buy a CC1352P Launchxl EVM board and using the CC2652P SDK version f/w to driver it , can it work fine ? Or we have to change it from CC1352P to CC2652P, can it easy to change it?

the 3.40 release will hopefully be by the end of December.

You will not be able to select CC2652P in the new SDK, so CC1352P needs to be used also there.

So it means SDK3.40 will not support CC2652P work on propritarty mode, right? therefore, we have to choose cc1352p.

if that we would like to know this cause were from CCS BUI or SDK code or others.

Hi Siri,

add the UART DMA mode to the new SDK, please! both the CC2650 & CC2652R, the current block and callback mode is really backword, and it hadrdly to do complex application.

We have been plagued by this problem！！！

There are actually a new uart driver in preview in the current SDK (C:\ti\simplelink_cc13x2_26x2_sdk_3_30_00_03\source\ti\drivers\uart2).

I have not found any documentation for this, and it is not decived if this will be officially released in the next SDK or not.

The DMA is a very important and necessary features， please add it to the new SDK.

The driver will be included ofisially when it is properly tested and documented. It is not up to me to decide when that will happen.

The post you are refeering to is already being handled by another engineer.
