CCS/TMS320F28379D: GUI Composer Cloud- Existing Projects Missing, Workspace Empty, Unable to Create New Project or Import Existing Project

Hi,

I am unable to see my projects in GUI Composer 2 (dev.ti.com/gc). I had 4 projects in GC which are no more visible. My workspace is empty and I am unable to create new projects or import existing projects. I tried importing project from Gallery as well, but even then it is not working. Below is the screenshot of Chrome DevTools, when I try to open GUI Composer Link. Anxiously waiting for support.

If I click on 'Create New Project' nothing happens.

If I click on 'Import Existing Project', after uploading zip file, it endlessly displays 'Processing' pop-up.

    Thanks for your help. I can now see my old projects and I am able to create new projects as well. Is there something that I can do to avoid this issue in future?

    Not really. Make sure you log out when you are done working with the site. But it should work either way. 

    If you see any problems just report on the E2E forum.

    I am really hoping for help here. I am experiencing the same.

    Monday when I logged into my cloud space, all my projects were gone. I just see an emply workspace and nothing else.

    I tried again today and still the same.

    It seems I can create new projects - at least the button reacts. But I dare not click too much around.

    Some history, I was coding there maybe 2 months ago. Meanwhile my colleague from China logged into to my account and changed the address (and apparently the language). He did this because he wanted to buy some CC-debuggers for another project. So he did not enter the dev.ti.com area, just my profile.

    I dont know if this is related, but this is the only explanation I can see.

    Please help! I dont have any back up of the most recent project I worked on, so I am kind of lost here.

  • The workspace is identified by the customer's e-mail. Since the customer had switched his e-mails in his profiled his workspace was empty. 

    The problems was resolved by asking the customer to switch back to his old e-mail. There is a feature request that will address this use case.
