Hello TI,
We are design our own module for BQ27542, we trying to configure by using https://github.com/DwyerInstruments/TI_FuelGaugeProgrammer/tree/master/FuelGaugeProgrammer
TI Fuel Gauge programmer but BQ studio not going to export BQ.FS or DQ.FS files..?

please provide some procedure or reference documents to configure the system, we using Arduino for configuration

Hi Rahul

Use bqstudio to program the chem id, configure the gauge and perform a learning cycle following the app note below:

Then Extract your golden file which will be either a bqfs or dffs and then program multiple gauges using your host controller following the app note below:

http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slua801/slua801.pdf

Also to export dffs or bqfs, go to the golden image tab of bqstudio and you will see the options for exporting the files

BQ studio require EVM board right ..? I am new BMS design please provide some reference for configuration.

we don't have EVM, we need to Configure and Calibrate BQ27542 module(Own design) to get right value

we looking for to configure and calibrate BQ27542 using Arduino which also help us this setup for production and fast development

How to configure BQ27542, we know there is 4 register we need configure that but that Pack configuration registers how correlate with standard Command and Sub-command

Hi Rahul

Unfortunately, you can't configure the gauge without using our tool- bqstudio. You can use your board, but you have to connect it to an ev2400 and then to a computer to configure using bqstudio. There is no way around this.
