CCS/LAUNCHXL-CC13-90: CCS Setup page says 'Pending reboot check' even after rebooting the system

Hi everyone,

I am trying to install CCS v9.2.0.00013 using the offline installer. As described in README, I have turned off Virus protection and Firewall, then proceeded to installing CCS v9.2. However at the setup page it said a reboot is required prior to proceeding. I did so and again turned off Virus protection. The setup page again says 'Pending reboot check'.

Can someone suggest how can I proceed?

Hi,

You can continue to install, it's just a warning. The installer checks to see if there are any locked files or if there is this entry in the registry. If there is a pending file to be renamed, it warns you that you may need to reboot.
