CCS/LAUNCHXL-F28379D: Error connecting to the target after reinstall

Hi all,

A member of my team has been having some difficulties flashing the example programs on the LAUNCHXL-F28379D, getting this error message:

Error connecting to the target
Error -716 @ 0x0
Required dynamic library jscserdes could not be located
The library isn't on the search path
(emulation package 8.3.0003)

We've gone through the usual troubleshooting steps. She's reinstalled CCS and the C2000 SDK. We're just using the blinky example, imported from the SDK examples folder, and it builds and flashes fine on my install but only builds on hers. She gets the exact same message every time. Is there some kind of cache that needs to be cleared out? Any help would be appreciated.
