Hi

I am trying to find TMS320C28x Optimizing C/C++ Compiler v16.9.10.LT user's guide.  On the TI web page that provides software for this version (http://www.ti.com/tool/download/C2000-CGT-16/16.9.10.LTS), the link to the user guide takes to the user guide for the latest version (v18.12.0.LTS).  We are using v16.9.10.LT for our product development and I need the user guide for the same version for our documentation.  Any help to locate the user guide will be greatly appreciated.
