If Memory Debugger in GUI could work together with codes debug in CCS at the same time?

In order to make UCD3138 vac=15v, vbus=30v,PF =98%

after reduce  Filter1Regs.FILTERYNCLPHI.bit.YN_CLAMP_HIGH in Memory Debugger,

without debug PWR026_PFC codes in CCS ,

vbus still at 90,

how to make vbus reduce?
