CCS: Unable to install CCS8.2 on Windows 10

Hi Kean,

We're unable to see the attached picture. Could you please try again? Also, please zip up the contents of ccs/install_logs and post here so we can see what's going on. If it's stuck on BH, it's possible that there's a pop up that requires your permission to install drivers.

If customer doesn't select the BlackHawk driver then the installation goes well.

Please double check.

It does sound like there is a popup from BlackHawk that has to be accepted before the user can continue, as per my previous post. Please ask them to look for any popups.

Thanks for your following up. And I am sorry for my late reply.

Customer was able to install the CCSv8.2. They just didn't select the BlackHawk driver because they don't need it.
