DK-LM3S9B96 and CCS v4

Hi all,

I just purchased a DK-LM3S9B96 developement board, the package provide a arrange of IDE including CCS v4.

I would like to know the CCS v4 provided by the CD is a full umlimited version or a trial version (feature limited? period limited?)? Do I need to purchase other liscense if I will use the DK-LM3S9B96 as a debugging tool for my future device developement.

    Jeff,

    The CCS that comes with the kit is tied to the board.  If you create your own board and then use the DK as a debugging tool you will need to buy a CCS MCU license.
