CCS/LAUNCHXL-CC1312R1: rfPacketTx_CC1312R1_LAUNCHXL_tirtos_ccs example project doesn't compile

Hi, 

A freshly installed CCS Version: 8.3.1.00004 and  SimpleLink CC13x2 26x2 SDK v3.30.00.03 

Imported rfPacketTx_CC1312R1_LAUNCHXL_tirtos_ccs and tried to compile.  The compile fails with these messages:

What is wrong, and why an example doesn't compile?    for the latest installed tools?
