Do you have some more application reports about Bootmode-SFLASH using IWR1642BOOST platform?

We just have the SWRA563 report.

I want to know how to write the MSS/DSS comply result(hex or bin?) to FLASH. Then power on again, the IWR1642BOOST will boot from FLASH(bootmode-SFLASH).

Hello,

Currently http://www.ti.com/cn/lit/an/swra563/swra563.pdf is the app-note for the IWR1642 boot process.

Flashing binary would incorporate both MSS and DSS codes and after downloading the flash content, bootloader loads the respective image to both MSS and DSP processor respectively from the external flash.

Flash image would be in Meta Image format which is binary as shown below in the app-note.

For creating flash image you need to use image creation utility as described in the SDK userguide document. Please refer to "mmWave Device Image Creator" section.
