Dear sir / madam,

I am Dharshak, I have completed my project based on image processing using ccstudio. Now, I need to calculate the memory used and the time taken for execution. How to calculate this using ccstudio. I am using ccstudioV3.1. Looking forward for your reply.

Dharshak,

Static memory usage (i.e., not dynamically allocated using malloc) is easily shown in the linker map file. You can specify a linker map file by going to menu Project --> Build Options --> tab Linker --> option Map Filename (-m)

To help with profiling, CCStudio v3.1 has a tutorial called Profile Setup Overview (go to menu Help --> Tutorial). Also, to help going further in your project you can refer to the Archived training workshops for CCS3.1 available online at:
