Cannot enable trace using CCStudio 3.3, SDXDS560R, C6416T DSK.

I am using CCStudio 3.3, Spectrum Digital XDS560R, and a C6416T DSK board. I am trying to enable program address trace. These are the steps I followed:

1. Launched CCS 3.3
2. Connected to the target
3. Loaded the application program
4. I highlighted a code segment and right-clicked and selected "Advanced Event Triggering>Trace Jobs>Toggle Trace in this range"
5. In the "Toggle What to Trace", I selected "Program Address".

When I do this, CCS stops responding. I have to terminate the CCS process in order to recover.

I also tried enabling trace from the "Tools>Advanced Event Triggering>Event Analysis" window. I experienced the same problem.

Am I missing anything? I haven't found any good documentation on how to perform a trace.
