C Compiler for TMS320F240

Hi all,

I have tms320f240 evaluation board and have assembler, linker and debugger for Windows 95. But the problem is that I want to develop a C code for it as I am new in assembly language and not finding the suitable compiler for it. I have downloaded Code composer studio 4.2 free version and my device is not listed there too. Kindly suggest me which compiler to use, i think the compiler suiting for TMS320F240 in Code Composer Studio 2(CCS 2), kindly suggest me where to download this compiler.
