CCS/TM4C129ENCPDT: How to do code profiling?

Can CCSv9 do code profiling on TM4C129ENCPDT? (Determine how much time is consumed by different areas of the program code.)

I have CCSv9 and am using ICDI but also have XDS110 available.

Is there a user guide or application note about this?
