I am using CCS version 9 software. I am working on grid connected code. An out of memory error has occurred. The program is not even able to build. JVM heap low message is displayed. How to solve this issue. Please, give your valuable suggestion on this problem.

If you are using a 64-bit OS, see the section regarding max heap size for 64-bit systems.

Actually, since you are using CCSv9.x, you must be on a 64-bit OS.

What did you increase the max heap size to? How much RAM do you have on your PC?

I have increase the heap size to Xms1024m . I am using 4 GB RAM laptop.

Please increase -Xmx not -Xms. Set _Xms back to the default (128m) and set -Xmx to 1024m or higher. Ideally I'd like for you to set it to at least 1536m but with 4GB of total system RAM, you may be limited
