CCS: Code Composer Studio Licensing terms

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello,
As I have seen in CCS wiki, CCS comes under TSPA license. So, I have few questions about CCS licensing.
1) Can I use Code Composer Studio in my organization to develop a product?
2) In future is there any royalty or any other issues can happen if I earn by product developed using Code Composer Studio?

    Rakesh,

    There are no royalties.  In general the answer to question 1 is yes but that is something you have to answer yourself after reading the license.
