CCSV5.0.1 Does not have emulation drivers for SD XDS510 USB and C64xx devices

I have been using the Betas of CCSV5 on a custom board with two TMS320C6414 devices and a Spectrum Digital XDS510 USB. I installed the new release candidate 5.0.1 and find that there are no emulation drivers for any C64xx devices. Am I missing something? Why did they disappear?
