CCS/PROCESSOR-SDK-OMAPL138: Failed to import an old project

Hi, experts,

I'm very new to CCS.

When I tried to open an existing project file, I got an error message, "Invalid project description".

What does it mean? and What should I do to clear it?

The old project was created with CCS7.4, and I'm using CCS9.3.

    This is a pretty generic message that just says that CCSv9 sees something invalid in the project description.

    Was the project created new with CCS 7.4 or migrated from an even older CCS version? Does the project import successfully with CCS 7.4?
    Going through several migrations due to importing older projects into newer CCS may eventually cause it to fail sometimes.

    If you could zip up and attach the project metadata files (.*project files) we could take a look to see if there is a workaround. Worst case you may need to re-create the project with CCSv9.

    I found I need to configure RTSC a bit more.

    And please I cannot post the old project due to company policy.
