I think there might be a disconnect here. Major revisions, like 9.2 to 9.3 are not detected by the IDE, you have to install them yourself.

Our update policy has been quite inconsistent. Sometimes we have an incremental update available, other times we do not. In this case, we actually do have an update to 9.3.0 that you can install from 9.2.0:

9.2 on my Mac didn't see it, which is why I posted.

I tried too, I had already installed 9.3.....12 manually. I did see the toolchain upgrades, though.
