Problem with Command Line Creation of projects

Hi,

I am trying to follow steps described at  http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Projects_-_Command_Line_Build/Create to create CCSv4 projects. I am able to sucessfully create multiple example projects which is great.... however I see a problem with the option -ccs.copyFile. I am copying a bunch of files using this option into a directory and one file goes missing. Is there a limit of source files per directory? The flie that goes missing is random. If I change lines around a dfferent file gose missing each time. Can I turn on sme debug?
