I build a new ccs project with CCS7.3.0.00019_win32, but I can't connection simulator in New Target Configration.ccxml, please tell me what should I do for this? Thanks

CCS no longer includes simulators. The last version of CCS that includes a simulator is CCSv5.5. In general the recommendation is to use a hardware development board.
