CCS: Update to CCS v9.3 failed

Hello!

Recently CSS suggested me to install 9.3 service release update, but the computer crashed during the update, and now it does not allow to updatem as it claims the update is already installed, even after I uninstall the update form "Installation Details" window, it sais the update is already present.

How to update it now? Of course I can install 9.3 standalone, but I want all my settings, including ssh keys to be kept.

    Hi,

    I am very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately it is very difficult to accurately have an accurate disgnostic when the computer crashed without apparent reason. 

    In this case, a reinstall is unavoidable. 

    From your post I don't think the workspace was damaged. In this case the settings that belong to the workspace will be carried with it. Create a backup copy if you feel necessary.

    You can also Export the Eclipse Preferences. To do that, open the menu Window --> Preferences and at the bottom left there is an icon to Export the settings.
