CCS/CODECOMPOSER: Outline tab appearing twice

Hello,

I am using the outline view of function for some time in the edit perspective.
Since I've added the Outline viewing also to the debug perspective it doesn't work well - appears twice, and when trying to close one they both close, see figure below

Trying to remove totally from debug didn't bring it back to one tab.

This is surely an unusual problem; my searches could not return anything previously reported.

In this case, I can't help but wonder if there is some glitch on your current workspace. Can you try to follow the troubleshooting tips mentioned in section 9.4 and sections 8.7.3, 9.7.4 and 9.7.5 of the CCS User's Guide at:

https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/users_guide/index.html

I will keep searching for additional occurrences and report back to this thread if I find anything relevant.
