CCS/TMS320F28377D: *s unknown Memory map prevented reading 0x3F800000@Data

From the error message, I can see that the memory access is being blocked by the debugger memory map. Please make sure it is correct for your environment.

Note that the default memory map from the startup GEL file for the F28377D does not have 0x3F800000@Data as accessible memory. You need to make sure your linker command file, debug memory map, and target HW system all align.

Are you using a valid linker command file for your target?
