Xml contains invalid character - Unable to change default path

I am getting the failed to initialize the Debug Server... xml contains invalid character error when loading a new target configuration.

I can see that the reason is I have an accent over my name....

 C:\Users\Seán\user\CCSTargetConfigurations

I would like to have one place where it is stored, however I am unable to change it in the new target configuration window.

Is there any way to change this default path??
