Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

We have been observing the following error randomly.

Building...

 

Buildfile generation error occurred..

This project was created using a version of DSP/BIOS tools that is not currently installed: 5.42.1.09. Please install the DSP/BIOS tools of this version, or migrate the project to one of the supported versions.

Build stopped..

    I presume you build this project with Code Composer Studio.  Please conduct a complete build that ends with the problem described.  Right click on the name of the project and select Rebuild Project.  Then capture all of the Console (not Problems) view in a text file.  Use the icon Copy Build Log.  When naming the text file, be sure to use the file extension .txt.  Please attach that text file to your next post.
