CCS/CC2650: Interfacing of audio booster.

I want to interface audio booster with cc2650 launch pad. I am searching example code for this but I haven't get yet. My application is depend on one center and one peripheral which connect with Bluetooth each other.

Hi,

A code example to interface a CC2640R2 with a CC3200AUDBOOST is provided in the CC2640R2 SDK (available here you can also have a look to the example without downloading the whole SDK here). The example I am referring to is named i2secho and is stored in the TI Drivers examples folder. As you will see, a driver is provided to setup the codec. This codec can be used to interface the CC2650 with the audio boosterpack.

I have seen example but i am little bit confuse that why pthread is used because in TI RTOS I have not seen thread still. Can I change it into task or not.

Hi Clement,

After understanding the code , when I am importing the code for CC2650 below error is occurred :-

"Description Resource Path Location Type unresolved symbol I2S_config, first referenced in C:/ti/tirtos_cc13xx_cc26xx_2_21_00_06/products/tidrivers_cc13xx_cc26xx_2_21_00_04/packages/ti/drivers/lib/drivers_cc26xxware.aem3<I2S.oem3> empty_CC2650_LAUNCHXL_TI C/C++ Problem"

I have already enable header file of I2S and already initialized it then why such error is comeing?

Hi,

I assume you are not provided all the libraries required. Make sure that required libraries are specified. You can also start using a project example using I2S.
