CCS/TMS320F28027F: Compilation error due to target mismatched

Hi all,

I have following queries:

1. while creating new project in CCS, I am not founding TMS320F28027F controller instead I am getting TMS320F28027 ONLY

2. I am using LAUNCHXL-F28027F KIT and I am dont know what emulator to select while creating the project

3. And I am running a project from C2000WARE, I am getting below error

Aslam,

1. The Project wizard device works for both variants. I just tested this here.

2. The page below contains the configurations for the board you have. Just search for the error number.

3. The image indicates the connection between the host and the Debug Probe is fine (thus properly configured), but the device cannot be controlled. Perhaps due to jumper settings on the board or perhaps code previously flashed that may be preventing it to be controlled. I would thoroughly inspect the board documentation on how to set Wait in Reset, which helps with the emulation connectivity.
