Hello

My program is simple peripheral (BLE5) and SDK 3.30.0.20

The problem is that when I run the program, I cannot find the BLE in my BLE terminal

I found that my program stays in BIOS_start().

I commented this function in the main. But I think It shouldn't be commented because it is important to be in the code.

Although I commented BIOS_start(), Icannot find the BLE in the BLE terminal scan.

What is the problem? What can I do?

What kind of BLE device are you using to scan for the CC2640R2F device?

Can you please go through the steps in the BLE Scanning and Advertising SLA:

Thank you for your reply.

But it wasn't my problem. The raw simple peripheral program downloaded from TI cloud cannot be run on my device.

My device is HM-17 which is not a launchpad and is just the CC2640r2f module.

I run the program and I scan it with my phone with BLE terminal application. I could scan and connect to other BLEs like CC2541 module. I mean my phone and scanning app is fine.

What can I do. Please help.

Hi Mina,

You could try to reach out to the module provider. I am not familiar with this module so I don't know whether it's supposed to work with examples from the SimpleLink CC2640R2 SDK.

Hi again

Yes it was the module.

There were some functions in the peripheral code which is related to the launchpad and doesn't match with my module. So i commented them and it worked correctly.
