But installing a quad Dell Optima fails. Pl see attached. There is no anti-virus working other than W10 pro internal version.

I need a desktop install as well as in a laptop. I successfully installed CCS 8.2 in HP laptop also in W10( not pro) including GUI runtime v2, control Suite as I reported.

What can I do to fix it?

I split this post off into a new thread because it is a separate issue from your original one.

If I understand correctly you are having trouble installing CCS 8.2 in a desktop machine. If so, could you please zip up the entire /install_logs folder that you find inside the CCS installation directory and attach it here?

As requested, please zip up the /install_logs folder and attach it here. That will help us better understand what the installation issues are.
