Klockworks 9.1 and OMAP compilers

Do you know if Klocworks 9.1 will work with the OMAP compilers? I am using TI v4.6.1 for ARM compilation right now. Here is the website that specifies which compilers Klocworks supports:

http://www.klocwork.com/products/documentation/Insight-9.1/System_requirements#C.2FC.2B.2B_compilers_supported_for_build_integration

I see the TI DSP compiler in there but I’m not sure if the ARM compiler is reflected. Could you shed some light on this?

  • Klocworks does not work with the TI ARM compiler.  Since it works with the TI C6000 compiler, it might be easy to make it work with the TI ARM compiler.  But I'm unaware of anyone who has done that.

    Thanks and regards,

  • I wish I were able to upload the relevant filters but I ahve worked with the Klocworks FAE's and they were able to make CL470 and CL430 compliant Klocworks filters. I have it working over here where I work. If you happen to read this and have the same issue, I suggest contacting your Klocworks FAE to get the latest filter updates.
