CCS: CCS 9.3 installation error

Hi Dear TI Team,

Please help me to understand this error. I tried all recommendation and guides, was changed installation file's folder, switched off antivirus, installation from cmd and etc. But I have the same error all the time.

Nikita,

Are you using the web installer or offline installer? If it is the web installer, could you please download and try out the offline installer?

Make sure the anti-virus is completely turned off (at least temporarily during installation).

If the installation still fails with the offline installer, then please zip up the entire /install_logs folder and attach it here.

Yes it is offline installer, and web installer I also tried, but the same. Logs are attached.35464.install_logs.zip

I found the problem. Installation interrupted due Unicode symbols using in the path.

From logs:

Problem running post-install step. Installation may not complete correctly
Error writing file C:/Users/?????????????/ti/CCSExternalReferences/dmed_01_01_05_00

Glad you found the problem. Yes, the installer is known to have problems with Unicode symbols as documented in the CCS Users Guide here.
