hi sir ,

m installed ccs_v3.1 platinum version n installed drivers also..........

after that while running diagnostics chek it is fail to check fail diagnostic.... m getting following message

Starting diagnostic test suite.

--> Running USB diagnostics.

--> Running emulator diagnostics.

--> Running DSP diagnostics.

--> Running external memory diagnostics.

--> Running Flash diagnostics.

Target timeout

Results> Flash diagnostic fail.

Stopping diagnostic suite.

Please provide the requested details as described in the forum readme under "When reporting a CCS issue in this forum, please follow these steps first:" (steps 3-8)

Also what diagnostics tool are you running?

m using C5416 starter kit with ccs_v3.1.............................................

Are you using the onboard emulation (are you connecting your board to your PC using just a USB cable)? You also mentioned running some diagnostics tool. I am not familiar with the tool, is this some tool that came with the kit?
