Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
It may be pretty silly question but i just want to make sure. To debug awr1843 i need to buy XDS110 JTAG Debug Probe or i could accomplish CSS debuging without it?

Hi,
Not a silly question at all; the AWR1843BOOST development kit has a built-in XDS110 Debug Probe, thus you do not need to purchase a separate one during the initial development phase.
When you manufacture your custom prototpyes, however, it is desirable to have an external Debug Probe and populate your board with a cTI 20-pin JTAG connector.

Augustinas,
If you are using this board: https://www.ti.com/tool/AWR1843BOOST?jktype=tools_software
It has an XDS110 build into the board that you can use. When you move to your own board you would need to purchase a standalone XDS110.
