CCS/TMS320F28379D: Cant flash sample code to Control Card

I am trying to flash and debug the sample code from C2000ware to the control card. But CCS returns following error message...

I have connected USB cable to the Control card directly and kept the switch/jumper position as received.

Please tell me how to resolve this issue.

Also, any link to download the quick start/Getting started document for the said control card?

Hi,

Please check an explanation for this error and additional troublewhooting tips at the Debugging JTAG page (search for the error number)

Specifically for the controlCARD, make sure the JTAG jumper is in the proper position, the device is properly powered (you need two USB cables for that) and the boot mode is in Wait in reset. Consult the documentation of your board for additional details.

The problem finally resolved. Can close the thread.

The board needs external power supply separately. When I applied it, it started working.
