  • Thomas,

Are you getting this error when opening Resource Explore in CCS?  When downloading a package or doing something else?  Can you let me know when this is happening. Windows, Linux, macOS?

    Regards,

    John

  • Fixed the problem.

I was install CCS on Windows 10. I believe, through trial and error, that I solved my own problem.

The first time I did the install I ran the installer as Administrator and got the above output when I tried to use the Resource explorer.

I am using Symantec Endpoint protection.

I first disabled Antivirus and Firewall protection for 5 hrs to give myself time to reboot is necessary.

I decided to start from scratch and do a clean install.

    I uninstalled CCS v9.3.

    I remove the 'Usesr\ti' folder

I deleted the workspace I created after the first install

I made sure any lingering files in the \ti\CCS930 folder was empty

    I rebooted Window.

I reinstalled CCS v9.3 and did NOT run as Administrator

I updated CCS v9.3 from the Help

I re enabled virus and firewall protection.

CCS 9.3 started OK and Resource Explorer was OK.

    Thanks,
