Hello,

I am following up to this somewhat dated post:

I am interested in IEC-61508 as well. I have found the compiler qualification kit request page here:

http://www.ti.com/tool/SAFETI_CQKIT

Is it still assumed that programming environments, such as Code composer studio, do not have similar related documentation?

    Jeff,

    Correct.  The qualification kits are typically provided for the compiler toolchains vs the whole environment.  Sometimes a company may brand the kit using the environments name but the kit itself covers the compiler toolchain portion.
