CCS/IWR6843ISK-ODS: How to send configuration (.cfg file) from CCS

Hi,

I am working with IWR6843ISK_ODS E2.0 sensor and i´m trying to running the 68XX_3D_People_Counting(also latest version 4.2.0)  on CCS 8.3.1. After putting it to running in css console apprear that: 

There is waiting to send configuration (.cfg file). I tried to send the configuration from mmWave_People_Counting_GUI and see in CCS console the output (in my case numTrarget) and its work well. But now I want to send the configuration from using CCS to device (without using mmWave_People_Counting_GU).

1)  How can I send configuration from CCS?

2) In new version can I configure parameters using live tuning? And If it´s true how can I configure?
