CCS/TMS570LS0432: Can't load problem

Hi team,

My customer now is using TMS570LS0432 and XDS100V3, building project is ok, but when they turned to load program, CCS report an error as below. Please tell me how to fix this. Thank you. Besides, I don't know if the second picture means connection is correct.

    Hi,

    The last picture indicates the core is connected and halted ("suspended"). However, the errors indicate that the connection may not be reliable due to various factors such as code previously running and consequently blocking access or external factors such as power or reset. This scenario may be fooling the Debug Probe into thinking the device is properly connected but in reality it does not have full control over the device - thus the "File Loader" error. 

    I would investigate all troubleshooting tips mentioned in the Debugging JTAG page (search for the error number).
