Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello,

I want to perform software simulation for the C5402 on Windows10. Which version CCS should i download and install?

Ella,

To get a C54x simulator you would have to go all the way back to CCSv3.3. Note that CCSv3.3 is much order than Windows 10 and is not supported on that platform, you may need to run in a VM.
