CCS: CCS 9.2 and 9.3 installations under Windows 10 don't show versions in the Windows start menu

This is a minor comment, but having multiple versions of CCS installed under Windows 10 I noticed that in the Windows start menu the CCS 9.2 and CCS 9.3 don't have the version number displayed. E.g. in the following example the highlighted version is 9.3 and the one below in 9.2:

Looks like this is a change in behavior on Windows 10. We will have to change the way we do the start menu shortcuts. I have filed https://sir.ext.ti.com/jira/browse/EXT_EP-9730 to track this. CCSv10 is pretty much wrapped up so the fix would not be until CCSv10.1.
