Hello,

Is there a possibility to generate an IEE695 or ELF/DWARF debugger-file with the C2000 compiler?

The *.asm files seem to be a DWARF compatible format? What is the difference between *.asm and *.elf files?

Are there compiler switches or converter tools for generating a list file including symbol (structs, variables, etc.) and memory address relations?

The C2000 compiler generates COFF format object files with DWARF debug information. It currently does not support ELF. If the code is compiled with debug enabled ( -g or --symdebug:dwarf), the debug information is embedded within the file. *.asm are assembly listing files which contain the assembly instructions generated by the compiler for C source code. There are several options related to generating assembly listing files: -k, -s, -ss. More details on these options can be found in the C28x Compiler Users Guide.
